This summer, from 1st to 5th of June, Majori beach will host one of the most anticipated events in the world of beach volleyball – the Elite 16 Beach Volleyball World Tour, featuring the world’s and Latvia’s best beach volleyball teams in men’s and women’s categories.
This season’s World Tour will be replaced by the new Beach Pro Tour (BPT) tournaments, which will be divided into three different rank tournaments: Elite 16, Challenge, and Futures. Latvia is scheduled as a venue for the Elite 16 tournament, which guarantees that the world’s best athletes will play in Jūrmala, Latvia.
The Beach Pro Tour is a unique athletic and entertainment opportunity where spectators can witness the world’s best teams in beach volleyball compete. A festival-like atmosphere for spectators and visitors will be created at the Fan Area on site during the duration of the tournament. It will be possible to purchase refreshments and delicious food in the Fan Area, and staff will take care of various entertainment activities for both - children and adults.
Until May 31st Jurmala citizen card holders can receive a 20% discount on tickets. The Jurmala citizen card will have to be presented at the entrance together with the ticket purchased with the Jurmala citizen card discount.
If accompanied by parents, children up until 6 (inclusive) years old can attend the event free of charge, as long as they do not occupy a separate seat.
Children up until 13 years old have a 30% discount on tickets. A document proving the age of the child will be required at the entrance.
Visitors in a wheelchair with a companion need to purchase only 1 ticket in sector A.

Fan Zone (Sector C):
A designated Fan Zone has been created this year for the most passionate and enthusiastic beach volleyball fans. There also will be standing spaces with stand-up tables, so fans can move freely and enjoy the atmosphere of a beach volleyball festival.

VIP sector:
Opportunity to relax in a sporty atmosphere at the stand-up tables and choose the most comfortable and closest seats to central court.

* Access to the VIP tent, where snacks and drinks will be provided during the evening games on June 2nd, 3rd and all day on June 4th and 5th. As well as fruit served by the tournament's fresh taste partner, Lidl.
